Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with 4-7+ years of experience
• BA/BS degree with 2-4+ years of experience
• MA/MS degree with 0-2+ years of experience
• Teambuilding focus, principles and practices
• Experience with hourly production group, union or non-union
• Metric usage
• Support weekly production meetings

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions cost-effectively
• Collaborate with engineering and hourly teams
• Meet production schedules and cost targets
• Drive continuous improvement across processes
• Share technical skills and mentor peers
• Translate operational needs into clear priorities and actions
