Your Role

As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader. This is an on-site position located in Voorheesville, NY.

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer You Will

  • Implement lean initiatives, including 6S and Kaizen activities, to enhance operational efficiency and reduce the cost of goods sold.
  • Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Manage capital expenditure projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain production software to streamline processes and improve data management.
  • Create and modify solid models to support engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Support the design of work cells for continuous flow of production and process improvements.
  • Train and mentor team members on Kaizen principles and best practices.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, 6S, Kaizen activities, lean initiatives, and capital expenditures.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps and solid modeling software.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
