Title: Process Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Summary:

The pivotal role of the Manufacturing Engineer will be to design, document, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes. This position will enhance product quality, reduce costs, and significantly improve efficiency, playing a crucial part in ensuring the company's continued success. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Executive Management to identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement solutions, and monitor process performance. This role requires technical expertise and will be a key player in our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, document, and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance product quality, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
2. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, playing a key role in maintaining these standards.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement solutions.
4. Provide technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and automation in manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Oracle/NetSuite is a major plus.
• Ability to identify and implement new technology in a production environment.
• Experience with Engineered-to-order manufacturing processes.
• No remote work option.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• PMP certification is required.
