Responsibilities
Develop, document, and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance product quality, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. We are committed to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance. You will also identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement solutions. Your role will involve technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery, making you an integral part of our team. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
