Job summary

Antal International is seeking a Manufacturing Presales Solutions Consultant in Michigan. You will lead discovery workshops, assess shop-floor operations, and act as the Manufacturing SME during presales engagements and executive presentations.

You will translate manufacturing challenges into scalable digital transformation roadmaps, collaborating with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to design practical Industry 4.0 solutions and identify value drivers across ERP, MES, SCADA,

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, consulting, plant automation, Industry 4.0 or digital manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations across multiple industries.
Hands-on understanding of MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, CMMS, Historians, and Industrial IoT platforms.
Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing, and Connected Factory initiatives.
Experience in discovery, factory assessments, consulting or presales for digital transformation.
Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.

Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery workshops and factory assessments to identify challenges and transformation opportunities.
Serve as Manufacturing SME during presales engagements and executive presentations.
Engage with plant leadership and operations teams to understand priorities and shop-floor requirements.
Assess processes and automation to identify productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
Translate challenges into scalable solution roadmaps with Architects and teams.
Define Industry 4.0 use cases such as OEE, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twin.
