Job summary

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality and Union Leadership to maximize equipment uptime and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a union environment.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team leaders and personnel.
• Foster a safe, accountable and engaged work environment.
• Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage staffing and maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Union leadership.
