Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Plant/Operations Leader to own manufacturing operations in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost performance across a 230–240-employee site, partnering with global stakeholders to execute strategic priorities.

You will drive end-to-end operations, supply chain, planning, logistics, engineering, maintenance, and HSE, while delivering sustainable improvements and financial results.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large manufacturing facilities with full accountability.
• Strong end-to-end operations management across planning, logistics, quality, and engineering.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and cost reductions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the manufacturing unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Own Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Operational Excellence, and overall financial performance.
• Drive revenue, EBIT, cash flow, cost reduction, and operational excellence objectives.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to execute strategic manufacturing priorities.
• Lead an organization of approximately 230–240 employees on the manufacturing floor.
