Job summary

Owens Corning Fort Smith Plant seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the facility. The role partners with plant leadership to drive profitability and ensure SOX-compliant control environments.

You will oversee the monthly close, provide variance analysis, and coach teams on financial processes and internal controls while aligning with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5–7+ years of manufacturing finance experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting and cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development of plant operational objectives aligned to corporate goals.
• Leads contingency planning, productivity improvements and corrective actions.
• Ensures internal controls, data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.
