CareerPros, LLC is seeking a Plant Financial Analyst to support financial operations at a manufacturing facility in Delaware County, Iowa. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, inventory controls, and month-end close tasks in a hands-on environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) and at least one year in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of accounting or finance experience.
• Manufacturing or multi-location company experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial team members.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial operations across purchasing, production, shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Review financial statements, P&L accounts, and balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
• Process weekly hourly payroll, review timecards, and prepare payroll reports.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and open receipt issues.
• Monitor expenses, overhead costs, and performance against financial targets.
• Support inventory cycle counts, physical inventories, and fixed asset controls.
• Track capital project spending and maintain accurate fixed asset records.
• Analyze financial results, identify cost-saving opportunities, and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance with internal controls and company policies.
