About the job Manufacturing Plant Engineer

FCS is actively looking for an experienced Manufacturing Plant Engineer for their top client in Northern Delaware. This is a Direct Hire / Permanent opportunity with a growing manufacturer; offering a competitive startingsalary, yearly bonuses, medical benefits / healthinsurance, 401(k), PTO/Vacation, and other great incentives.

The Manufacturing Plant Engineer will report directly to the Manager of Engineering, and be responsible for assisting withthe planning and execution of Operations & Maintenance capital projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. in an Engineering discipline; Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical preferred; with 8+ years of experience working within a industrial manufacturing environment
• Expertise at implementing Continuous / Process Improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean Six Sigma / 5S principals
• Skilled at performing and reviewing Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis, DFMEA, etc.
• Technical knowledge of electrical/I&C, automation process controls, CNC, pneumatic, and hydraulic
• Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing operations and propose modifications to improve operations, increase equipment efficiencies, etc.
• Background creating, revising, and updating operational standards and procedures, equipment safety policies, training manuals, etc.
