Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-paced, growing plant that supports production of critical cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities.

This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality. You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to develop better processes, create clear work instructions, and participate in equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or strong co-op/internship experience.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
• Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in equipment installation, process validation, and new product introductions.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll support production of specialized industrial equipment in a fast-paced, growing plant. You'll focus on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
• Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
