Job summary

Supreme Talent International seeks a results-driven Production Manager for Ridgefield Park, NJ, to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You will partner with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to optimize plant performance, coach supervisors, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proven success leading supervisors, production teams, and multiple manufacturing shifts.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, labor management, manufacturing KPIs, OEE, schedule attainment, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, safety, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to consistently achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Drive improvements in labor productivity, OEE, schedule attainment, scrap reduction, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and production teams while building a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other departments to improve plant performance and resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor production KPIs, analyze operational data, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions that deliver measurable business results.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, employee development, performance management, and training initiatives to strengthen operational capabilities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, improve throughput, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.
• Foster a collaborative, hands-on leadership environment focused on operational excellence and employee engagement.
