• Prepare financial budgets and forecasts.
• Develop, create, and strengthen internal controls.
• Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement.
• Drive initiatives to improve operation performance.
• Continuous training and staff development.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to explain results and manage projects.
