Job summary

Responsibilities

• Champion and enforce safety policies and procedures, focusing on housekeeping and personal safety.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and overall company performance.
• Oversee Production Bill of Material maintenance and engineering support for tooling and fixtures.
• Lead cross-functional planning efforts with Planning & Engineering to implement and sustain improvements.
• Lead training and development to meet product quality objectives and ensure documented, up-to-date planning processes.
