Job summary

You will conduct capability studies, analyze CMM data, develop work instructions, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience in BIW manufacturing or automotive body structure work.

Responsibilities

• Equipment validation including capability studies (CP/CPK, GR&R) and weld joint verification.
• Dimensional issue analysis using CMM data and 3D scans to determine root causes.
