Hydraulic Technologies is seeking a Planner to act as the link between customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and execution. You will ensure the right work is scheduled at the right time, with resources used efficiently to meet customer commitments.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, collaboration across Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment in Rockford, IL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment strategies.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven planning environments.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and communicate production schedules aligned with demand, materials, labor, and priorities.
• Level-load lines and optimize work centers to improve flow and reduce disruptions.
• Create and manage production orders, planned orders, and planning signals in SAP and other systems.
• Monitor schedule performance and adjust plans as priorities or constraints change.
• Coordinate daily scheduling with Operations to support on-time delivery and resource use.
