The role requires SAP and Excel expertise, attention to inventory accuracy, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. This full-time position emphasizes 5S, timely reporting, and opportunities to influence production scheduling and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred; 1–3 years in Manufacturing Planning or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; learn SAP/Factory Planner and inventory planning concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to communicate at all organizational levels and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan manufacturing flow and create production schedules.
• Perform production planning using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate requirements with Production team and set priorities.
• Track material requirements and ensure controlled material flow.
• Investigate inventory movements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support engineering changes and PPAP activities.
