Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in the United States is seeking a Parts Crib Attendant to manage maintenance inventory, tools, and MRO supplies, ensuring equipment uptime and safe, organized operations.

You will receive, stock, and issue parts via SAP, perform cycle counts, inspect materials, and support purchasing and vendor coordination to keep production running smoothly. 2–5 years in manufacturing/inventory control required; valid driver’s license needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or inventory control preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and issue maintenance parts, tools, and supplies via SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, cycle counts, and records.
• Inspect materials for damage, defects, or safety issues and ensure proper storage.
• Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders via SAP in a timely manner.
• Reconcile invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Work with vendors on pricing, quotes, and delivery.
• Coordinate outside services and assist with setup while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Print, track, and distribute preventive maintenance (PMs).
• Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts crib.
• Follow 5S and visual workplace standards.
• Communicate across shifts and with maintenance teams.
