Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1)– Four (4) years of related work experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficient with MS Office and internet browsers
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail required

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and schedule material needs according to production schedules
• Analyze customer requirements and set production expectations
• Adjust and monitor MRP to meet production needs and inventory levels
• Assess part availability and check shortages to meet production demand
• Develop and execute production plans and schedule to maintain continuous operations
• Collaborate with SOM/Sales and purchasing to reduce shortages and improve forecast accuracy
• Manage ECO/ECR status communication to supply chain and production and adjust Work Orders
• Create and manage Work Orders end-to-end and monitor WIP for deviations
• Drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs and maintain safety standards
