Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to coordinate production requirements, material availability, and shop floor scheduling for high-volume programs, including defense and data center projects. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities supporting high-volume manufacturing programs.
• Enter and maintain work orders in the MRP system based on customer orders and production requirements.
• Review customer requirements and ensure production orders are prepared for manufacturing.
• Create and maintain files and documentation for each sales release through order completion.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages impacting schedules.
• Coordinate with Materials, Purchasing, Production, and other departments to resolve shortages.
• Track production progress and communicate order status and risks to departments.
• Adjust production schedules based on priorities, changes, and cancellations.
• Support changing priorities associated with customer demand and production requirements.
• Update production status reports with accurate order information.
• Assign and maintain serial numbers for assemblies needing serialization.
• Maintain records in the MRP system and planning tools.
• Identify constraints and communicate issues before impacting delivery.
