Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to support Data Center customer programs. This onsite role in Mt. Pleasant, PA involves coordinating production requirements, material availability, work orders, and production schedules to ensure on-time order completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Production, Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to keep orders

• Experience working with an MRP/ERP system is preferred.
• Manufacturing planning, scheduling, materials, or production control experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities for high-volume Data Center manufacturing programs.
• Enter and maintain work orders in the MRP system from sales orders and production requirements.
• Review requirements and ensure orders are prepared for manufacturing.
• Create and maintain documentation for each sales release through order completion.
• Prepare shop floor packets and manufacturing documentation.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages impacting schedules.
• Coordinate with Materials, Purchasing, Production, and other departments to resolve shortages.
• Track production progress and communicate delays or risks to relevant teams.
• Adjust schedules based on changing priorities, material availability, and engineering changes.
• Support Data Center demand and production requirements.
• Update production status reports with accurate order information.
• Assign and maintain serial numbers for assemblies as applicable.
• Maintain records in the MRP system and planning tools.
• Identify potential constraints and communicate issues before impact.
