Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA, seeks an experienced Materials Supervisor to lead the Materials team in data center manufacturing. This role ensures material flow, inventory accuracy, logistics, storeroom operations, and staff to support production schedules and commitments.

The ideal candidate will emphasize inventory traceability, collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering, and drive 5S and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, materials, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with inventory management and ERP/MRP systems required.
• Project management experience preferred (planning, budgeting, resource allocation).
• Experience supporting data center-related manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Materials team, assign work, coach, and resolve issues.
• Manage logistics for incoming and outgoing freight to keep on schedule.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, staging, and material distribution.
• Develop storeroom procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Collaborate with Production and Planning to ensure materials availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, excess, and material constraints.
• Monitor expenditures and resource utilization to meet targets.
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate Materials activities to ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure calibration, maintenance, shelf-life, and end-of-life compliance.
• Provide direction to support quality and workmanship standards.
