IndoramaVentures’ Indovinya division seeks a Manufacturing Performance Analyst to optimize manufacturing processes through data analysis and dashboard development. You will drive efficiency, cost and quality improvements, enabling data-driven decisions for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement advanced process models and machine learning tools for performance gains.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or STEM field.
3 years of relevant operations experience in petrochemical or refining industries.
5+ years in an analytical expert role preferred.
Experience with Python, Tableau, Azure SQL and Oracle DW with PL-SQL.

Aufgaben

Compute and monitor manufacturing performance metrics (cost, OEE, yields, energy).
Develop dashboards for data-driven decision making for stakeholders.
identify opportunities with digital tools to improve KPIs.
Support advanced process control KPIs and reporting.
Lead data collection and preprocessing from SAP/SQL sources.
