Job summary

Indorama Ventures is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Analyst to optimize production through data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard development. You will help drive efficiency, cost, and quality improvements by leveraging advanced analytics, digital twins, and machine learning within a global chemical manufacturing context.

The role collaborates with leadership to identify opportunities, standardize metrics, and implement automated data collection across SAP/SQL sources, while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in relevant engineering or CS fields.
• 3+ years of operations experience in petrochemical or refining industries preferred.
• Experience with Python, Tableau, Azure SQL and Oracle DW with PL-SQL.
• Strong knowledge of digital twins, machine learning, and Agentic AI.
• Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Support EH&S initiatives and safety program training.
• Develop/validate/maintain manufacturing performance metrics (cost, OEE, yields, energy, waste, inventory, quality).
• Collaborate with leadership to identify digital tools to meet improvement goals.
• Support KPIs, reporting, and advanced process control applications.
• Support Digital Twins and Advanced Process Models implementations.
• Lead machine learning or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Standardize metrics and automate reporting for performance improvement.
• Assist SMEs with data analysis and value opportunities.
• Lead data collection across sources to central systems.
• Access SAP/SQL data for analysis and preprocessing for visualization.
• Conduct benchmarking studies of facilities.
• Share best practices across the company-wide digital transformation.
• Respond to urgent needs and work extra hours when required.
• Collaborate with diverse team members and mentor others.
