Job summary

Indovinya, the global specialty chemical division of Indorama Ventures, seeks a Pricing & Product Management support role in Texas. You will assist the Product Manager with pricing, asset optimization, product portfolio, and market intelligence to boost profitability across product lines.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, supporting negotiations, and contributing to strategic pricing decisions that affect multiple sites and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business.
• Previous experience in Sales, Product management, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with the Chemicals is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of the business, market, and key stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Provide pricing targets, min/max and strategy for Sales and Procurement.
• Manage projects across functional groups with clear priorities and leadership.
• Analyze market movements to anticipate impacts and advise internal actions.
• Identify demand/supply trends and advocate capacity adjustments.
• Prepare business models to evaluate profitability of products or investments.
• Calculate costs and margins per product to maximize results.
