Job summary

M&M Manufacturing seeks a Manufacturing Optimization Engineer III in Fort Worth to drive factory performance. You will lead Lean initiatives, map value streams, and partner with plant leadership to implement practical improvements on the shop floor.

You will translate observations into prioritized roadmaps, measure outcomes, and support automation efforts. Travel 10%–15% to company locations and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, standard work, root cause analysis and waste reduction.
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and standard work development.
• Map and improve end-to-end value streams to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with plant managers to sustain improvements and drive adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities and coordinate with automation resources.
