Job summary

TSMC Arizona is building the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States, with N4, N3/N2, and plans for 2nm process technology. Production starts in the mid-2020s, with a future expansion to even more leading-edge nodes.

As a Manufacturing Specialist Trainee, you’ll monitor automated systems from the Manufacturing Command Center or inside the cleanroom, follow procedures, and work with teammates to keep operations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site at Phoenix facility.
• Read and follow procedures from training documents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the processes and keep up with procedure updates by reading documents provided.
• Watch the monitoring system and check for alerts to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Complete important tasks quickly and safely, following instructions provided.
• Team up with others to fix or solve a problem.
• Must be able to attend every day, M-F from 9a-6p for the first 5-week training session.
• Must be able to work the Compressed Work Schedule (12-hour shifts) after initial training.
