As a Manufacturing Specialist Trainee, you’ll help manage automated systems from your computer in the Manufacturing Command Center (MCC) or inside the cleanroom* (also known as “the Fab”). You’ll be looking at multiple computer screens to make sure everything is running smoothly and staying on schedule. If something goes wrong, you’ll help fix the issue or work with others to solve it. We will teach you how!
Schedules are 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts that run on a 24‑hour cycle. This would mean the shift would be four days of 10‑hour shifts with 3 days off, or three days of 12‑hour shifts and four days off the first week of the pay period, and then four days of 12‑hour shifts and three days off the second week known as “Compressed Work Schedule”.
