Job summary

TSMC Arizona is hiring for an on-site role in Phoenix, offering hands-on training in leading-edge semiconductor processes. The position emphasizes learning procedures, monitoring systems, and collaborative problem solving, with a scheduling path that includes 9am–6pm training days and later 12-hour compressed shifts.

Candidates should be comfortable with office software, fast typing, and attention to detail, enabling accurate documentation and report handling in a demanding fab environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Able to work with multiple reports and screens.
• Proficient typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Learn processes and read procedure updates.
• Monitor system and respond to alerts to keep operations running smoothly.
• Complete tasks quickly and safely by following instructions.
• Collaborate with others to fix or solve problems.
• Attend every day, M-F from 9a-6p for the first 5-week training.
• Work the Compressed Work Schedule (12-hour shifts) after training.
