Job summary

Anchor Fabrication in Smithville, TN is seeking an exempt salary Production Supervisor for the 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm, Monday-Thursday with some overtime). You will supervise, plan and assign work, drive improvements, and monitor safety, quality, cost and delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field and 5–7 years of manufacturing experience; knowledge of metal fabrication, assembly, soft tools, and powder coating is a plus.

Responsibilities
