Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager for the Manufacturing Engineering team in Boise, Idaho. You will partner with ME leadership to drive strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational transformation in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop automated dashboards and BI solutions, ensuring data-driven decisions and executive-level reporting, while advancing operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of program management, business operations, and strategy execution at senior leadership level.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building automated dashboards and reporting; translating data into actions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Proven background in workforce planning and preparing executive communications and summaries.
• Experience leading transformational initiatives across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ME Director to develop, lead and track strategic initiatives and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, drive decision making, and remove barriers to progress.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, benchmarks, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
• Create automated reporting systems and BI tools to drive insights and efficiencies.
• Lead AI adoption and workflow transformation projects to improve efficiency and processes.
