Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Scheduler in Elwood, KS to coordinate tech and production activities on the operations floor and partner with maintenance and process teams. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration within a 24/7 manufacturing setting.

The candidate will support floor scheduling, review documentation, and mentor manufacturing staff while working closely with supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with GMP in animal health/pharma manufacturing a plus.
• Proven technical writing capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent operations through planning, coordinating, preparing tech and production activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance preventative and corrective work orders.
• Support floor scheduling and documentation review for process teams.
• Uphold a strong safety and quality culture.
• Provide operational mentorship and technical coaching to manufacturing staff.
