Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an experienced manufacturing plant scheduler in Batesville, MS. The role coordinates scheduling and expediting of production to ensure timely order shipments and proactive communication with Customer Service, Procurement, and Operations.

You will analyze capacity requirements, develop inventory and scheduling strategies, and maintain production schedules to optimize capacity and component availability. Strong collaboration and ERP/MRP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in production scheduling and inventory management in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Experience with PFEP, Leveled Scheduling, Cell Optimization, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• ERP/warehouse hardware/software knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling with Operations Manager to meet demand.
• Create and maintain production schedules aligned with capacity and component availability.
• Manage release and prioritization of work orders to the floor.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement to resolve shortages.
• Proactively communicate order status to Customer Service.
• Coordinate with procurement on supply needs and expediting.
• Monitor planning and inventory performance using key metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement in planning processes and ERP/MRP utilization.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
