Job summary
The Juno Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production operations in the Greater Everett Area on site.
The role focuses on aligning daily manufacturing execution with business objectives while driving operational excellence and team development. You will plan production schedules, manage inventory, and apply Lean methods to improve productivity in a fast-paced electronics/manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience in electronics/electromechanical or highly engineered environments.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or similar methodologies.
- Experience with ERP/MRP for production planning and scheduling.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Optimize labor utilization, capacity, and workflow.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, material planning, and ERP/MRP-driven activities.
- Monitor performance with production metrics and data analysis.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
