Logoplaste, Inc. (Inwood, WV) seeks a Quality Manager to lead IMS compliance and drive quality improvements across production. You will develop and enforce quality policies, analyze data, and coordinate training and audits to uphold GMP standards.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing QA, knowledge of ISO/AIB, and hands-on experience with SAP-QM and SPC. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in a Quality Manager role in manufacturing
• Strong experience with quality assurance and process improvement
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, AIB, etc.)
• Experience with Statistical Process Control
• Background in Six Sigma and SAP-QM
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers
• Experience with Blow mold/Extrusion/Injection processes
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP

Responsabilidades

• Ensure processes align with Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Provide guidance on IMS procedures to teams
• Create and manage quality control procedures and policies
• Perform risk management and action tracking
• Provide hands-on quality support at all levels
• Maintain and manage the IMS
• Analyze reliability and failure data to prevent issues
• Prepare KPI reports from SAP for monthly meetings
• Organize training on quality, GMP, and certifications
• Investigate root causes for customer complaints and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with GMP and customer requirements
• Coordinate trials for new products
• Manage warehousing, rework, and calibration programs
• Coordinate analysis of quality data to drive corrective actions
• Implement statistical methods for improvements
• Ensure testing methods and frequencies respond to risk assessments
• Maintain customer data and reports
• Ensure ongoing quality checks and GMP practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping to standards
• Verify Health, Safety, and Environmental policies are followed
• Adhere to company safety policies and GMP practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job DescriptionJob Description

Logoplaste, Inc. is actively seeking a Quality Manager for our Inwood, WV location!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for ensuring that all processes are in line with the established Integrated Management System
• Provide guidance and interpretation to the teams on IMS procedures
• Create and manage all quality control procedures and policies at the plant
• Create and manage risk management tool
• Provide “hands on” quality support and guidance to all levels of staff
• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS)
• General and analyse reliability and failure statistics to eradicate systematic problems
• Process data using SAP and prepare KPI reports for monthly operations meetings
• Organize training programs at all levels in quality, GMP and certification related subjects
• Investigate and determine root cause and corrective actions for customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with customer GMP and/or certification requirements
• Organize trials for new products
• Manage held ware and organize rework process
• Maintain an instrument calibration program
• Manage and coordinate analysis of quality control data to make corrective actions where necessary
• Manage compliance of GMP guidelines
• Implement statistical methods to ensure improvements are made
• Manage raw material receiving/COA’s from supplier or customer
• Ensure product meets customer specifications and expectations
• Determine and implement new testing methods/frequency in response to risk assessments
• Maintain regular contact with customers and supply data and reports as required
• Maintain quality product by assuring all employees are completing quality checks and product is in specification
• Participates in continuous improvement of the facility
• Ensures that housekeeping standards are met throughout the facility
• Assures that all plant Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures are followed and ensures employees are held accountable for non-compliance
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintain good housekeeping, GMP practices and Global Food Safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years prior experience in a Quality Manager role in a manufacturing facility
• Recognized academic or professional qualifications with the ability to demonstrate strong experience in quality assurance or process improvement
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Integrated Systems (ISO/AIB/etc.)
• Experience with Statistical Process Control
• Experience in TQM, Six Sigma, SAP-QM
• Good interpersonal skills required in order to interact with direct reports, other staff and customers
• Blow mold/Extrusion/Injection experience
• Working knowledge of computer systems, including Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP
