Sigma Design is seeking an Operations Manager in Burlingame, CA to plan, organize and lead daily laboratory operations. You will oversee technicians, ensure safety, allocate lab resources, and drive improvements across multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules are essential. This role is in-office with opportunities to improve production efficiency and workspace layout while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead daily laboratory operations to ensure project execution.
• Direct technicians and engineers; manage lab resources and workspace safety.
