Job summary

The incumbent will develop schedules, supervise staff, and drive improvements across production processes, with a focus on meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform effectively with frequent workload changes and competing demands.
• Engage in regular coaching and leadership development of direct reports.
• Basic understanding of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables with limited standardization.
• Perform duties in compliance with FDA/state regulations and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Plans for and supports the department’s future needs and operations.
• Supports engagement and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Maintains and ensures compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Provides support for continued organizational growth by recruiting, selecting and onboarding new operators.
• Follows processes and methods for solving problems.
• Maintains stable workflow and oversees production metrics; implements changes for optimal results.
