Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer in Ohio to develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for spinal implant production. You will support design reviews, transfer processes to production, and validate equipment and methods to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading small projects, documenting control plans and inspection methods, and driving improvements in cycle time, waste, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Experience with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485 regulated environments is desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform process validation.

Responsibilities

• Supports and leads projects of limited scope for existing production families.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to execute manufacturing launches for new/legacy products.
• Develops manufacturing processes from raw materials to final assembly and shipment.
• Creates and maintains pFMEA, control plans, process flows, work instructions, and inspection plans.
• Aims to reduce cycle time, waste, and changeover duration while improving quality.
