Quality Stainless in Minneapolis is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling of stainless steel products. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient flow of goods.

You will coordinate forklift operations, maintain inventory records, and support maintenance and facility upkeep while adhering to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP, inventory systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to read packing slips and shipping docs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize materials and maintain safe storage, following FIFO.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Operate forklifts safely and perform pre-shift inspections.
• Maintain equipment logs and support maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
