Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a senior operations technology leader to drive digital manufacturing and data systems across RCCB production centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI) with at least 50% travel. You will own the LMS roadmap, map fault codes to historians, develop dashboards for operational visibility, and guide OT network support and plant‑improvement projects.

A Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in related work and 6+ years in leadership is required; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• GED with 13+ years specific experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment performance and visibility.
• Own LMS roadmap and support LIS and future LMS platforms.
• Map fault codes to historian to improve data accuracy and root cause analysis.
• Support plants to standardize equipment settings and optimize line performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards for operational decisions.
• Lead OT network support for plants, on-site and remote.
• Lead strategic projects to improve plant performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve short-term plant/equipment issues.
• Lead structured problem-solving to quickly restore operations during downtime.
• Act as technical escalation point during critical production disruptions.
• Other duties as assigned.
