• Candidate must be a full-time student enrolled in 12 or more credits.
• Must be attending a local 2-year college or 4-year university near Saginaw.
• Pursuing degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Human Resources.
• Able to work 20–32 hours during Fall and Winter semesters; up to 40 in the summer.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Production Supervisors with monitoring and organizing daily production data.
• Support time and attendance records in UKG or other systems.
• Help create training plans, matrices, and records.
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets on production performance.
• Organize documentation for internal procedures and union agreement.
