• Handle forms (jury duty, bereavement) ensuring completion and payroll submission.
• Assist in scheduling training for New Supervisors with SMEs.
• Assist in scheduling/tracking Supervisor and Team Leader NPS assessments.
• Check in grievances, discipline filings, and performance evaluations with HR.
