Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in New York is seeking an Operations Analyst to support plant operations through reporting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will develop metrics on labor utilization, WIP, variances, equipment use, and inventory trends to drive performance.

You will partner with IT to maintain ERP/MRP reporting tools (Oracle OBI, APEX, BlitzReports), assist capacity planning and production scheduling, and contribute to cost analysis and month-end close.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5 years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organization levels.

• Inthis role you will be responsible for supporting plant operations through integrated reporting, analysis, systems development,and cross-functional coordination
• Youwill developand manage plant-level metrics to provide visibility into performance,including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, equipment utilization,inventory trends, and resource reporting
• Youwill supportcapacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis.Maintain MRP forecast processes and provide analytical support to improveplanning accuracy
• Serveas a functional owner of reporting tools including Oracle OBI, APEX, and Blitzreports. Partner with IT to develop and sustain reporting capabilities
• You will supportidentification, tracking, and reporting of productivity initiatives. Maintainproject metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• You will be responsible for providecost analysis, maintaining product standards, and supporting month-end close withvariance review and operational insight
