Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an IT Manager to lead manufacturing data and analytics.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance to improve OEE, productivity, capacity, quality and costs, and shape a modern data architecture using Microsoft Fabric, Spark and cloud tech. You will connect ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT and quality systems to create a unified digital environment and turn data into actionable insights through robust pipelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or data integration.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for building reliable data solutions.
• Experience connecting ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT, and quality platforms to a unified data environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of manufacturing data and analytics to improve operations and decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance to boost OEE, productivity and costs.
• Shape a scalable data architecture with Microsoft Fabric, Spark and cloud tech.
• Connect data across ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT and shop-floor systems for a unified environment.
• Develop data pipelines, dashboards and analytics to accelerate informed decisions.
• Advance governance and data quality standards for reliable insights.
• Identify new analytics technologies to strengthen the digital roadmap.
