Sheridan is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Operator – Sheeter for the first shift (7:30 AM–4:00 PM), with training on how to run paper sheeting equipment. You will learn setup, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and help maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and are mechanically inclined with basic tools. Teamwork is essential as you contribute to a busy manufacturing environment.

• Able to read simple instructions and measurements.
• Reliable with good teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to set up and operate paper sheeting equipment.
• Keep machine running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.

• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.
• It’s a plus if you have:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
