Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Operator - Sheeter (We\'ll Train You!) on 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM). You will learn to set up and operate paper sheeting equipment, monitor quality, and keep production moving. No prior experience required; we will train you.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a High School Diploma or GED, are mechanically inclined, can read basic instructions and measurements, and work well with others. Safety gear and a strong work ethic are expected.

What You'll Do

• Learn to set up and operate paper sheeting equipment.
• Keep machine running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We're Looking For

No experience? No problem—we'll train you.

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It's a plus if you have:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
