Job summary

Sheridan seeks a Manufacturing Operator - Sheeter in Cass Lake, MN. No experience required—we’ll train you to set up and run paper sheeting equipment. This is a 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and competitive pay.

You’ll help produce books and printed materials, monitor quality, make minor adjustments to keep machines running, and protect a safe, clean work area. Join a team that values craftsmanship and offers long‑term career growth.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Learn to set up and operate paper sheeting equipment.

What We’re Looking For

No experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.

On your feet for most of the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
