Job summary

Gemini Group, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Operator in Ubly, MI to join a clean, safe production environment. You will support plastic part manufacturing, perform inspections, labeling, packing, and operate in a team-focused setting.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. We offer shift options (1st, 2nd, 3rd), competitive starting pay ($16.50–$17.50 per hour) with benefits including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends and OT, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-friendly, family atmosphere.
• Lifting and moving in a repetitive process.
• Inspect plastic parts for defects to ensure good quality.
• Make boxes, set up containers, label, and pack parts for shipments to customers.
• Use a computer to track scrap and production efficiencies.

Location: Regency Plastics / 4147 N Ubly Road, Ubly, Michigan

Starting Pay Range:$16.50 - $17.50 (Includes Shift Premium)

Available Work Hours:

• 1st Shift / 7:00am - 3:00pm
• 2nd Shift / 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift / 11:00pm – 7:00am

$500 Sign-on Bonus
