Manpower, Inc. is assisting a leading manufacturing organization in Norwich, NY to hire a Production Worker - General (Production Operator) on a rotating 12-hour shift. The role supports production operations and emphasizes safety and teamwork.

The successful candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions and safety protocols. You will operate diverse equipment and participate in a rotating schedule with regular time off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and neatness in work documentation.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and support various departmental needs.

Responsabilités

• Operate and assist with all manufacturing equipment including blenders, packaging, batch setting, filtration devices, TRS, HTSTs, coolers, heaters, evaporators, dryers, and CIP systems.
• Perform master sanitation in designated areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Conduct in-process testing to verify that finished products meet specified quality standards.
• Accurately complete master batch records following GMP guidelines.
• Operate forklifts safely and lift up to 55 lbs as required during production tasks.
