Hire Sync is seeking a Production / Machine Operator for the night shift at a large-scale manufacturing facility in Ohio. This hands-on role requires operating production equipment, reading work orders, and maintaining safety and quality on a 12-hour night schedule with rotating days off.

Production / Machine Operator - Night Shift | $18/hr

Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating schedule (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off). Every other weekend required. Annual schedule provided in advance to support planning and work-life balance.

Hire Sync is hiring Production / Machine Operators for a large-scale manufacturing facility operating around the clock. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with production, machine operation, or general manufacturing experience who are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a structured environment.

What You'll Do:

• Read work orders to determine production requirements
• Stage work areas and prepare boxes or containers
• Load and unload materials into production equipment
• Operate machine control panels and monitor production flow
• Seal boxes and containers carefully to prevent contamination
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
